  • Yes, repairs are billed separately. However, you’ll receive priority scheduling and expert recommendations on necessary repairs. This ensures your system gets the care it needs quickly and efficiently.

  • The package includes a professional pump-out and cleaning every three years, which is the recommended frequency for most households.

  • During the Check, our team will:

    • Check the septic tank for leaks, blockages, and sludge levels.

    • Inspect the drainfield for signs of damage or saturation.

    • Evaluate the system’s overall performance and provide recommendations, if needed.

  • Checking your septic system in March allows us to ensure all is functioning smoothly for the Summer months ahead so you can go on your holidays with peace of mind.
    Checking in September allows us to ensure everything is working well in preparation for the Winter months, colder and wetter weather and increased usage over the holidays with family visits.

    We can also provide advice on how best to look after your septic system in these seasons.

  • Yes, you can cancel your service package at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the plan.

  • When you sign up for the Maintenance Package we will contact you to schedule your first inspection to evaluate your septic system.

    After your initial visit we will put you on our regular Bi-Annual rota of March and September inspections.

    Your septic pump out will take place 3 years after signing up.

  • Absolutely! A well-maintained septic system with quarterly service reports can significantly boost your property value. It provides buyers with proof of consistent care and reassures them that the system is in top condition. This can make your home more attractive to potential buyers and help you close a sale faster—without losing money due to septic concerns.

  • Yes, you can transfer. Simply Call us and give us the name and number of the new home owner so we can change the details on the account for that property.

    You will not be re-imbursed for payments made up to when you move, the new owner will simply continue the program.
